Inspiration.

Just got back from a talk from the Faculty of Science of University Malaya. Seriously, it took the whole lot of me to go since I just got back from the library when I saw few friends tweeted about it. And then came Najmi tweeted on his disappointment that not many students showed up. So I thought since I was still in my baju kurung, it won't hurt if I go.

The talk was given by a professor which at first I don't know who. But I like him. He is very very very fatherly, that it made me feel so calm to be listening to him. Though the content of his talk gradually made me sorta bored, but I braced up and continue listening. There was this one time when he mentioned about scholarships and studying abroad. And he mentioned that there was a last year PASUM student, who is currently in the UK doing Chemistry, and I just know that it is PP Atul. Long story short, I know her and somehow she inspires me A LOT! Then I remembered a fact which I couldn't recall where I heard it from, that her father is a professor in Chemistry division in UM.

Turns out my instincts are true after all. Professor Dato' Dr. Jamil who gave us the talk just now is her father. Such great man, with such great daughter. He must be so proud of her because I sincerely would if I was him.

Googled about her here and there, and stumbled upon her blog. There was this one post about how she dreams of working together with her dad in the lab, and I just couldn't help myself to think about Ayah. How he always pushes me to do medic.

He has never stopped giving me hints on taking medic. Honestly it would be an honour if I could take over his clinic one day. It is a dream of mine sincerely. But. There's a but.

I could take hours and hundreds of pages to write about this topic.

I guess I'll be writing in the next post then. This is getting too draggy. Bye.
