Grateful.

While you're envying that girl's flawless skin, there's another girl envying the normal skin you have. While you're feeling insecure looking at the girl's slim figure, there's another girl feeling inferior looking at such filled tummy you have. While you're jealous of the girl having such dreamy boyfriend, there's another girl feeling lonely that all her family members and friends have been bombed. While you're busy saving money to buy an iPhone 5, there's another girl busy scratching the ground in search for food.

Be thankful of what you have. Looking at those who have more would give you nothing in return but wanting more. Look at the blessings He showered you with. Some people out there didn't get the blessings of clean air like what you got. Be thankful, be grateful.

Surah Luqman (31:12) “Be grateful to Allah. And whoever is grateful, he is only grateful for his own soul; and whoever is ungrateful, then surely Allah is Self-sufficient, Praised.

Surah Al Naml 40 : And whoever is grateful, truly, his gratitude is for (the good of) his ownself, and whoever is ungrateful, (he is ungrateful only) - then indeed, my Lord is Free of need and Generous.
