Lessons learned from today's psychological class.
Identification of your own self-weaknesses and strengths.
But how?
There must be countless ways to do so, but I could only think of two.
1 - ask those who know us well. Family members, close friends, teachers.
2 - when facing difficulties, problems. I believe that when we are in our most miserable state, we could actually find out who we really are. How we react in such situations. How we feel after something bad happened. Or maybe when we are at the top, how we deal with the luxuries showered and so on and so forth.
Go and list your strengths and weaknesses. Who else would know you best if it's not you? :)
