An Egyptian actor dresses up as a woman and goes undercover to expose sexual harassment in Egypt. My two cents, it is indeed a brilliant project. The whole world should look at this matter more seriously.
It's not just Egypt, women from all around the world are filled with fear walking alone on the streets. Though there are other factors leading to it. Some even comes from the ladies themselves (or should I say ourselves).
The way we present ourselves matters most. Given an example, a lady who covers herself completely, walking on the streets without even a pinch of endeavour to attract any possible human being. This doesn't mean that she has to look unattractive or ugly or abhorrent for that matter, just respectable. And another lady walking on the streets with only a little amount of clothings on top of her body, with flirty defined eyes. Who do you think gets disturbed more? Exactly.
I have stumbled upon an issue on Tumblr regarding rape. We can say that the whole world are blaming the girls to look too alluring and seductive as if asking to be raped. Of course the ladies would get upset and fight back.

I personally accept both convictions. Girls shouldn't be wearing anything too provocative or could get the guys drool to their fantasies of who-knows-what. And guys should really really try hard to keep their imbecile thoughts and fantasies to themselves and not let themselves do those crimes.
Respect yourselves. Prevent harassment.
