It's the first weekend of 2013, and all praise to Allah, this weekend went spectacularly beautiful. It started off with a dinner with a group of friends. They weren't exactly my group of close friends, but that doesn't make the fun any less! The journey to the venue was quite puzzling though it was actually only 5-minutes away. I sat with my three girl friends who have eventually become closer to me each day. Alhamdulillah for such beautiful people Allah put in my life. The journey back home was pretty thrilling and of course fun! It was raining and the possibility to catch a cab is more like none. And since I drive, I decided to make two trips of sending everybody back to college. Alhamdulillah everybody did arrive safe and soundly back to college. The trip was so much fun!
And Saturday. Phewhh. Woke up that morning at 6.20, performed my prayer and went up to Bukit Simen with the three girl friends I mentioned earlier. Oh they are Sabrini, Juliati, and Marsya. It sure was thrilling. 10 minutes of climb and alhamdulillah we got to the top. We laughed and sang our heart content out while watching the sun rises. It was flawless. I can tell that each of us are getting more and more comfortable with each other by time. Thank you Allah. Had our breakfast together and had more laughs together.
Apek then all of the sudden call for breakfast together. Called the girls up, and everybody agreed to join. It was a breakfast of one guy and 8 girls. Though it was quite awkward at first since not everybody quite knows everybody else, but alhamdulillah with each other's sensible sense of humour, it was such a lovely morning.
I then rushed to HUKM to pick Kaklang up since we had planned to go to IKEA. Accompanied her to buy a rack, then we went off shopping at The Curve. My goodness, didn't I spend at least RM150 yesterday. Ahh shopping was fun, but spending money, not so much. I bought myself two pieces of t-shirts, a piece of dress shirt and a belt at G&H and one pair of lovely lovely sneakers at Cotton On. Oh and Kaklang also got me one amazingly magnificent blanket! Just look at the exaggeration but it is true! It is magnifique. Ohh alhamdulillah.
So that is basically everything about my first weekend of 2013. If you had to know about what I did on Sunday, it was pretty lame actually. Lazy lazy day. Stayed in all the time except when I had to use the toilet and buy meals. Other than that, pretty much on the bed, and at the study table haha.
Wow haven't I write in a very long time. Yesterday was just delightful and would be a lost if I write nothing about it. Thank you Allah for everything. Alhamdulillah. Till we meet again :)
